At Vitagenn, your satisfaction is our priority. Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at care@vitagenn.net. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, personalized goods, or certain personal care items. Please contact us if unsure.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it takes longer, please contact us.
